Children work under the supervision of U.S-certified, bilingual instructors to build 10-foot wooden vessels which will be launched at the Show. Sponsored by Hunter Marine, Albemarle Boats and Interlux. For more information, visit www.KidsAboard.com .

BURNING ASPHALT RACETRACK
Experience the thrills, chills, and excitement of real stock car racing with Burning Asphalt Racetracks! Imagine racing your favorite NEXTEL Cup stock car on a banked oval speedway at scale speeds of over 200 mph. You’re in complete control as you head into the high banked curve, your left hand gripping the full-size steering wheel, your right hand on the shifter, your heart pounding as you go into turn 3 with the throttle wide open. All of a sudden it happens. The car behind you taps you as he tries to nose to the inside sending your car spinning up the track, out of control and into the wall as another car t-bones you when you slide in front of him. Don’t worry. You may be a lap down but you’re not out. Just shift into reverse and you’re back in the action!

THE VINTAGE FISHING TACKLE GROUP
Is your old fishing tackle worth $$$? Bring it to the boat show for free, honest appraisals and advice by the experts. Single lures and items may range in value from a few dollars up to thousands of dollars! On-the-spot auctions will be held WITH NO COMMISION FEES. Whether or not you’re buying or selling, be sure to visit this huge display of early vintage and collectible fishing tackle, featuring a wide variety of lures, reels, rods, and items of educational and historical interest. Saltwater and freshwater displays will be presented by some of the most knowledgeable and finest collectors in the world. Members of such organizations such as the NFLCC (National Fishing Lure Collectors Club), ORCA (Old Reel Collectors Association), FATC (Florida Antique Tackle Collectors), and CATC (Carolina Antique Tackle Collectors) will be represented at this show.
